The Ministry of Culture will organize the Inaugural Ceremony of the Commemoration of 150 Years of the National Song “Vande Mataram” on 7th November 2025 at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, New Delhi. Year-long event from 7th November 2025 to 7th November 2026; the opening date for online application was 4th November 2025, and the initial last date for first phase application was 18th November 2025.

The official website is https://vandemataram150.in. Participation is open to all citizens; online registration, video recording, and certificate download all occur on one platform.

Step 2: Scroll down and Click Record Video Button
Step 3: After that, enter your mobile number.
Step 4: Now, you will be getting an OTP through WhatsApp/ Mobile Number. Then enter OTP and Click on SUBMIT OTP.
Step 5: After that, fill your full name, mobile number, Select State/ District and Click on SUBMIT button.
Step 6: Now Record Video and Voice through your device after completion of record 3.13 minute then STOP record button.
Step 6: Finally Click on Submit Button and Download Certificate.
