NIOS B.Ed. Bridge Course: The 6-month Certificate Course (Bridge Course) for Primary Teachers, conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), is exclusively for teachers who possess a B.Ed. degree and are teaching in primary classes (grades 1 to 5). This course has been launched in compliance with the order of the Honorable Supreme Court (April 8, 2024).
लखनऊ। प्राथमिक शिक्षकों के लिए अनिवार्य किए गए ब्रिज कोर्स के लिए आवेदन की तिथि बढ़ाकर अब 19 जनवरी कर दी गई है। पहले ब्रिज कोर्स के लिए आवेदन की तिथि 25 दिसंबर निर्धारित थी, लेकिन बड़ी संख्या में शिक्षक तकनीकी कारणों से आनलाइन आवेदन नहीं कर पा रहे थे।

🚭 ब्रिज कोर्स का विभागीय आदेश जारी आप सभी लोग अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन अवश्य कर दे।
साथियों ब्रिज कोर्स आवेदन ऑनलाइन करते समय आप अपना नाम, पिता जी का नाम, माता जी का नाम, DOB , स्कूल का UDISE CODE भरेंगे उसके बाद वह वेरिफाई होगा आपके स्कूल ब्लॉक टीचर 🆔 स्वयं प्रदर्शित होने लगेगी उसके बाद आप अपनी अपॉइंटमेंट डेट डालेंगे।
फिर आपको mail व मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP प्राप्त हो जाएगा।
🚭 अपना मोबाइल नंबर व ईमेल जो आपने मानव संपदा या udise में लिखा हो वही लगाए।
🚫ब्रिज कोर्स आवेदन करते समय Date of Appointment आपके नियुक्त पत्र के ऊपर लिखी हुई Date होगी।
🚫 सारी फीस आप ऑनलाइन पे कर सकते हैं। शुल्क 25070 रुपए ।
फिर आप आवेदन की प्रक्रिया में आगे बढ़ेंगे।
ब्रिज कोर्स आवेदन ऑनलाइन करते समय लगने वाले डाक्यूमेंट्स

उपरोक्त डाक्यूमेंट्स 2 MB की फाइल में ही अपलोड किए जाएंगे।
🚫 सभी शिक्षक साथी फॉर्म भरने की तैयारी पूर्ण करके फॉर्म भर दे जल्दबाजी से फॉर्म नहीं भरना है जो समझ न आए जरूर पूछे।

Eligibility Criteria & Instructions
- Only in-service primary teachers with B.Ed. qualification
- Appointed for the period from 28.06.2018 to 11.08.2023, as per NCTE notification dated.
- Must complete the course within 1 year of NIOS course commencement.
- Failure to complete the course will invalidate appointment
- Course valid only for retaining existing employment, not for future recruitment
- Teachers must have been appointed to their positions based on the validity of their B.Ed. qualification as per the National Council for Teacher Education’s notification.

The entire admission process is online. Teachers must register on the NIOS portal: https://bridge.nios.ac.in, after which their details will be verified by the School Principal and the State Nodal Officer.
How to enroll NIOS B.Ed. Bridge Course?
Step 1: Visit the official Website of National Institute of Open Schooling Bridge Course i.e. https://bridge.nios.ac.in/.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Pop up the instruction screen and and click to Proceed button.
Step 4: New Page Open, Fill the Basic Details Like:
- Full Name
- Mother’s Name
- Father’s Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- School UDISE Code
Step 5: Next Page, Fill the Eligibility Details Like Date of Appointment. Click Continue for Next Step.
Step 5: Next Page, Fill the Email and Mobile number for Authentication. Click Continue for Next Step.
Step 6: Final Page, enter OTP Verification through Mobile OTP and Email OTP. Click Continue for Final Step.
Step 6: Finally complete registration process and enroll the Bridge Course.

Instruction for 6 Month Bridge Course
- There shall be at least 20 teaching days for the school experience in a primary school.
- There shall be at least 10 days for contact classes in addition to the 20 days of school experience.
- The minimum attendance of teachers shall be 90% for school experience.
- The NIOS will prepare the guidelines for the transaction in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode including certification of Six Months Certificate Course (Bridge) in Primary Teacher Education (PTE) for the Teachers of Primary Schools appointed with B.Ed. Degree.
