CTET February 2026:The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially launched the online application window for the CTET February 2026 session, which begins on November 27, 2025. Candidates interested in conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test can now apply online at the official website ctet.nic.in, with the due date for submitting applications and paying fees being December 18, 2025. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on 8 February 2026, with Paper 2 in the morning shift from 9:30 AM to 12:00 noon and Paper 1 in the afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

The Ministry of Education, Govt. of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. CTET 2026 Qualifying Marks
As per NCTE Notification No.76-4/2010/NCTE/Acad dated 11.02.2011: A person who scores 60% or
more in the TET exam will be considered as TET pass. Candidates must achieve these marks to qualify:

CTET 2026 Validity
- The Validity Period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be for life time for all
categories. - There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a
CTET Certificate. - A person who has qualified CTET may also appear again for improving his/her
score.

CERTIFICATE AND MARK SHEET
CBSE will provide Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) mark-sheets to all candidates and eligibility certificates to successful candidates in Digital Format in their DigiLocker account. The mark sheets and eligibility certificates will be digitally signed and will be legally valid as per the IT Act.
