GATE 2026 Exam Dates: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has officially released the GATE 2026 examination schedule for postgraduate engineering, science, and technology admissions. According to the latest circular, the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026 will be conducted as a computer-based test over February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, across two daily shifts.

The GATE 2026 exam will be a computer-based test conducted in over 200 test centres. With over 8 lakh aspiring registrants, IIT Guwahati announced that the test centres would hold 30 different exams across the country.

Aspirants must be advised that all official announcements and downloadable resources, such as exam calendars and admit cards, have been posted to the dedicated official page (gate2026.iitg.ac.in).

The GATE 2026 examination will be organized in two shifts daily, allowing lakhs of students to appear in the sessions based on their chosen discipline.

Forenoon Shift: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
