AIIMS CRE Answer Key 2025: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi conducted the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-4) 2025 Computer-Based Test from 22nd to 24th December 2025 across two shifts (morning 9 AM to 12 noon and evening 3 PM to 6 PM). for filling 1383 vacancies across Group B and Group C non-teaching posts. 

Within the next few weeks, the examination administration will make the provisional AIIMS CRE answer key available on the official webpage aiimsexams.ac.in. Candidates who took the CBT will be able to download set-specific answer keys, compare their solutions to the official keys, estimate their scores, and file objections if discrepancies are discovered.

To acquire the AIIMS CRE answer key, applicants must first visit the official test page and enter their registered credentials. After the official announcement on aiimsexams.ac.in and creaiims.aiimsexams.ac.in, applicants must log in using their unique Candidate Registration ID, password, and security captcha code.

Step 1: Go to aiimsexams.ac.in or creaiims.aiimsexams.ac.in in any web browser.

Step 2: On the homepage, locate and choose the “Recruitment” or “CRE 2025” area from the main navigation menu.

Step 4: Enter your Candidate Registration ID (given during application), the password you generated during registration, and the shown security captcha code.

Step 5: Once logged in, the system will display your examination information, including the date, shift, and set allocation.

Step 6: The solution key for your set will appear on the screen.

Step 7: Make a secure location to save the downloaded PDF.

Step 1: After the provisional answer key release, visit aiimsexams.ac.in and log in with your registration credentials. 

Step 2: Once logged in, locate and click the “Objections” or “Challenge Answer Key” tab.

Step 3: Review questions where you believe the official answer is incorrect. 

Step 4: Select what you believe is the correct answer from the multiple-choice options. 

Step 5: Attach proof supporting your objection—scanned pages from reference textbooks, academic materials, or official guidelines that contradict the given answer. 

Step 6: Some recruitment processes charge a nominal fee per question objected (typically ₹100-500).

Step 7: Click “Submit” to finalize your objection for that question.

Apply the calculation formula: Total Score = (Number of Correct Answers × 4) – (Number of Wrong Answers × 0.25)

Example Calculation:

  • Correct Answers: 75 × 4 = 300 marks
  • Wrong Answers: 10 × 0.25 = 2.5 marks deducted
  • Unattempted Questions: 15 × 0 = 0 marks
  • Total Score = 300 – 2.5 = 297.5 marks
AIIMS CRE Exam 2025- Minimum Qualifying Marks

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has determined the minimum marks necessary for students to qualify for the AIIMS CRE Exam 2025. Candidates who do not get the required minimum score will be excluded from the selection process.
